First of  all check the fuse controlling radio.

The radio is controlled by the 15 amp dome light fuse and the 15 amp ACC fuse. Check these two fuses. If they have power going to them and you have power at the back of the radio then you probably damaged the radio. This would be unusual but has happened on a few occasions.
