Many casr drivers notice this problem.
First see if you notice.............
Any of the rotors over heating? Have you check the run out of the rotors front and rear? Do you have the accumulator style brake booster or a vacuum chamber?
The other possibilities that can cause this problem is faulty front discs , calipers and pads.
I have seen warped new rotors :-( The run out on the rotors is the only thing that causes pulsation in the pedal as long as it is not the ABS coming on prematurely but this has a different feel. If the pulsation is transfered into the steering wheel then it has to be focused on the front rotors or dirt and rust behind the rotor and on the face of the hub. If not felt in the wheel then it has to be in the rear rotors. These are very difficult to bleed and usually require a scan tool to active test power bleed. Make sure there is no air in the system.
