The basic details are as follows :-------
The plenum for the HVAC is behind the dash usually behind the glove box. If you get down near the floor and look up under the dash you should see the motor. There are usually three screws that hold it in and there is an electrical connection to it. I usually take it out before working on the connection because it is a locking clip. Take out the screws and the whole motor and fan drops out. Take it with you to an autoparts store so you can see if you need to take the squirrel cage fan off when you get the new one. Usually there is only a clip on the end of the shaft that you remove to pull the fan off. Replace it in reverse order.
