Your are good to go the 7.5 amp OBD fuse is the same fuse that is hot to the battery all the time and feeds pin 16 same as the other one. Pin four is the ground. The DLC or OBD2 connector is on the drivers side of the dash more to the left under the edge. OBD2 pins are universal for these 2 pins.
