Filled T-IV fluid instead of WS transmission fluid ?

No don't use T-IV instead of WS.If the dipstick says WS it is not compatible with type T IV do not start the vehicle. Ideally you should remove the transmission pan to get all of the fluid out. T IV will damaged or cause problems with the shifting of this transmission.
