Common problem,noticed by many car drivers.
Creaking sound from under hood,when clutch is depressed.
Two places can cause this squeak noise issue.
The first is the pivot point where the slave cylinder push rod contacts the release fork. This is easy to lube. The second is where the clutch fork pivots on the socket ball in the bell housing and can not be reached without pulling the transmission. Provided the clutch and pedal feel normal with no extra effort needed to push the pedal it won't hurt anything it is just annoying.
