What is Bug deflector?

Bug Deflector is used as a shield to keep bugs, road dirt and grime from the windshield. Usually the hard plastic or acrylic deflector that's custom-fitted to each vehicle. Deflectors are available in an array of colors and logos and are usually attached to the front edge of the hood with sheet metal screws.
