Cruise Control Servo?

Cruise Control Servo Operation:

The cruise control servo is part of the cruise control unit that by use of a cable, chain or vacuum line physically moves the throttle lever. It receives a signal from the cruise computer that tells it to control engine power and vehicle speed. It can be disengaged with a light tap of the brake pedal and generally provides optimum fuel efficiency.
