Access the secondary air solenoid located at the top rear of the engine compartment. It has a two pin connector going to it, with a Violet wire, and a Violet and Grey wire at the connector.
The pump is located behind the front bumper on passenger side.

Check the fuse first, if the fuse is blown, replace the fuse and restart the vehicle. If the fuse blows again, the pump is likely shorted due to the pump ingesting water. There is a new design inlet hose available for the pump to prevent this problem in the future. I have included a technical service bulletin below containing info on this part. The pump is not too hard to replace.
The 30 amp AIR fuse is located in the Secondary Air Injection fuse block (2) at the front of the passenger fender.
