There are several of them. They are on the sides of the engine block. If you look from underneath, you may be able to see 1 or 2. They will be a round disk about 1 1/4" in diameter. They are usually partially or fully covered by exhaust manifolds, starter, A/C compressor, etc. Hard to see, even harder to replace.
Freeze plug cost approx $2 each, fitting them is difficult because some are very hard to reach. Freeze plug drive in and force fit into the opening.
They do make temporary ones that are made of a hard rubber that have a bolt in the middle. As you tighten the bolt, they expand and force fit themselves against the sides of the opening.
