How to remove Trunk/Hatch Lock on Acura?

The procedure is as follows :---

Trunk/Hatch Lock

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the trunk lid/hatch opener cable connector.

Take caution not to bend the cylinder rod and cylinder rod opener cable.

2. Remove the cylinder rod.
3. Remove the bolts, then remove the trunk lid/hatch latch.
4. Unfasten the lock cylinder bolts, then remove the lock cylinder.
5. Remove the lock cylinder from the cylinder rod and then take them out.
6. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
