Suspension wont raise up?

Ford Expedition :

suspension on 1997 Ford  expedition it wont raise up in the rear end. fuses are good. can hear the compresser running. there is a hose hanging cant find where it goes.

Called the mechanic he gave right information:----

The hose is probably your air susp hose, it goes to the metal line on your rear end right above the drivers side rear wheel, or you can look for the air bag and track down the lines and where they go, sometimes they are in the middle and have a Y fitting.

It helped me to get this problem solved.
