WHEN THE TRUCK IS WARM THE HEATER IN THE BACK WILL BLOW HOT AIR OUT OF THE PANELS OR FLOOR BUT IT ONLY BLOWS COLD AIR UP FRONT, ALSO WHEN PUSHING THE FRONT BUTTON TO PUT THE HEATER ON THE FLOOR IT WILL BLOW OUT OF THE DEFROSTER.
The mechanic said your controls have problems. The heat is there it is just not getting out because your control lines are not setting the vent controls into the proper positions. He had a chev van that lost some of the foam in side there and it blocked the whole front off. He had to rip it all apart to get at it and that solved the same problem.
