cpu fan speed is countinuely high.
The speed is determined by a cause ..and to make it worked like It used to , you have to eliminate the cause...It probably has a dirty heat dispenser ..and the cleaning will make it run smooth again ...but also check the bios settings for the fan ..For dell there are available more than one modes..and you can go to bios and see which way is set ..Select the quiet mode and save changes on exit.
