Say someone amongst your friends to send a friend request to you and by accepting his request your block will be removed. Otherwise wait for 7 days. It is due to too much requests lying unaccepted. Facebook keeps a friends and friend requests sent ratio, if the ratio does not maintained, your account put a block.But get resolved after 7 to 8 days.Its normal.So dont send too many friend request to strangers.
