Engine quits at idle?

What you probably have is a failed Idle Air Control valve. This device is responsible for the idle speed, and, if and when it is defective, your car will not idle. We would sugges that you have the Idle Air Control valve replace; this is a very common problem when nearing 100K miles, if your IAC valve is original.
