TCS is for traction control

The error means  traction control light with a car, and marks behind it.

On such problems the vehicle needs to be scanned and diagnosed with a Ford IDS scan tool.
Its not a one issue problem there are other hundreds of possible causes here. If light is on, there is a code and data to further diagnose, just takes the correct equipment and skills at your Ford Dealer. If the light is on, there is a code.
Once a code is found, then takes further steps of diagnosing, if a wire, input (such as a sensor) or output (such as a abs motor) is at fault.

So all depends on error code.
