output shaft speed sensor replacing on Ford F250

Location and replacing procedure for Ford F250 output shaft speed sensor.

The Output shaft speed sensor  is  located on top of  the transmission tail-shaft housing right before the drive-shaft.

When Output speed sensor gets faulty,the check engine light mostly comes on.These is indication that error code is stored in engine module.

You will receive error codes P0720 and P0722

Please note you have to replace output speed sensor and not the turbine speed sensor.
