2002 Toyota Highlander: Oil Sump Tube Location?

To view the oil sump tube the vehicle needs to be jacked up.That gives better position to view it.

It is located about 3" from the front of the oil pan centered in the pan:

If the Sump tube is bent or oil pan is rusted then get the parts replaced then getting it repaired.

Repairing will not last long on this parts.

Volkswagen beetle oil sump removal diagram?

To replace oil pump,see the details below :----

- Remove bolt.
- Pull chain sprocket off oil pump.
- Remove bolts -1- and -3- and remove oil pump.

Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal; when doing this, note the following.
 Fit dowel sleeves on the upper oil sump.
Installation position of oil pump shaft/chain sprocket. Installation possible in one position only.
- Install baffle plate.
- Install oil sump →
